Did you complete your clay notes (page 43)? I'll check them next Thursday. For our clay unit, your Stage One Mask Designs must be complete. I need you to bring: newspapers and plastic garbage bag(s). Because of the drying nature of clay, I recommend bringing lotion for post-class moisturizing of hands.

Transitioning from 2D to 3D Space

The Element of Space refers to the distance or area between, around, above or within things. Up until now, we have worked with 2D Space and creating the illusion of depth. Now, we'll begin to transition into 3D, with a project that will continue our exploration of our essential question: What does it mean to be human?
