Some of the things that they are painting are really good, very colorful and everything is going together. As well, the colors, how some things stand out more than other things.
i think our group is doing fine, even though it seems that we are behind the others. I hope that we finish soon! The pictures are awesome even though they only show my back side in one of them!
So far, my groups struggles have been making the image a little less two dimensional, and making the pieces pop. Filling negative space is also difficult at the moment.
As far as working together, the advantages have been that we have multiple perspectives so we get the best of any ideas.We also have different skill sets that make the painting individualized. Then there is of course that having a group speeds things up and slows things down. I think we are less focused, but we have multiple people painting so it goes faster.
Struggles we have to work in little space. Everything thing is going well. Everyone has painted. (I love my group, there helpful.) Looks like everything is working hard and having fun the pictures. :)
The comic artist Scott Adams writes that "Water is good for you. Unless you're at the bottom of the ocean with an anchor tied to your ankle. Teamwork is like that. It can be a good thing, but more often it's like trying to breathe underwater." lol
But I love hearing that everyone (almost) is working so well together, because, guess what? Teamwork is a critical part of our lives. Unless you're running away to live in a cave for the rest of your life, you have to know how to work effectively with people, without placing blame or sticking one person with all the work.
As we come to a close, now is the time to start thinking about the roles each of you played in making these boxes happen.
Me and my group did good in the grow boxes but i think that it is missing a big element to tie it all together we all cant decide and this is making us all have to redo elements numerous times and it is making us get on each others nerves, but the grow box looks really good

Successes: we have our color scheme prepared and we have most of our box painted.

one problem my group is having for sure is that it keeps getting messed up so we have to keep re-doing things.but everything else is GREAT!
